I do not see any positions displaying when I print the Segment Override
List for a particular partner, transaction set, version.  Also, I do not see any 
positions displaying for this segment sequence when I use the Segment Override 
Maintenance function.  But, when I run the Generate EDI Data function, this 
particular segment gets generated.  Where is this segment coming from?

At some point, when you intended to delete mappings for this segment (segment 
sequence), you deleted the position before deleting all the line information for 
that position.  When deleting mappings for a segment sequence,  delete ALL the 
lines first.  

To summarize, you should never delete positions. Only delete the underlying line 
numbers that you don't need. In a future release the ability to delete positions 
will be disabled.
