Problem

I am using serialized items. When creating the IT1 segments I need to 
show the SAC segment with each IT1. Currently the IT1’s are generated; 
one for each serial number, but only one SAC is generated for the whole 
set of IT1’s. 

How can I force an SAC segment for each IT1?

Change the level on the IT1 and SAC segment to 2.
