Answer ------ Depending on the transaction set, you might want to confirm that you have an appropriate customer/vendor partner relationship created. This determines what partner is to tied to the customer/vendor in question. After you have checked that, and that seems right, then verify that the Transaction set information indicates that you have correctly set the "Send Document" value to yes in the transaction set info section. If it is too late and you have already passed the place where the trigger would have been created, then in the Document Review function, for the appropriate document type, use the 'I' option to insert the document trigger. If it is not too late and you will now run the function where the trigger will be created, create the customer/vendor partner record now, check your partner/transaction set info section, then go back to your first document, for example, the order entered, in the case of an 810 or 856, and change the send-edi switch to have a value of yes and the partner value associated with this order (for example purposes) then carry forward so that the trigger can now be created as usual.
