PROBLEM: How do I refund a 401k deduction that should not have
         been taken? 

SOLUTION: This process will work for the refund of any employee
          deduction:
          
          1. Make certain you have inactivated the Employee Fixed Record
             for this deduction before you begin the pay period.

          2. Process the refund through the time posting program as
             a transaction using the ebd for the deduction and a negative 
             amount.
