What size company is OPEN4 suitable for?
OPEN4 is extremely scalable. We’re successfully managing human resources and/or payroll at firms with as few as 100 employees and as large as 27,000. Rapid growth or acquisitions are not a cause for concern, one client recently added 1,500 employees from an acquisition and never skipped a beat. Another start-up client used OPEN4 to process 20,000 applicants for 4,000 jobs.
We’re on a limited budget – how much does OPEN4 cost?
You’ll be pleasantly surprised! We’re offering an HRIS that compares favorably with the “Tier One” systems at a fraction of their prices. We’re hesitant to publish the pricing here – we’d just as soon keep our competitors guessing – but all YOU have to do is contact us and we’ll be happy to oblige.
How long does conversion from my old system take, and do I need a consultant to help us set up the system?
Conversion typically takes somewhere between 2-4 months, mostly depending on your personnel availability, number of employees, and the system you’re using now. And no, high-priced consultants are not necessary on an OPEN4 installation. With our help, our clients generally install without other outside assistance.
What about interfacing with our time/attendance system and general ledger?
Practically all of our clients are seamlessly linked to one or both systems. Although we already interface with a number of popular attendance and general ledger systems , there’s typically a minor amount of “tweaking” that is necessary to accommodate differences in user options.
