Management requires that we outsource payroll, will
your HRIS interface with ADP?
We’d
love an opportunity to cost-justify our payroll to your management, but if
that’s an insurmountable task –
sure, we can interface with ADP. When
you hire an employee in OPEN4, we feed data to ADP so they can create the initial payroll records. After a
payroll is run, we update employee records in OPEN4 from the check information that ADP sends back. The
interface is flexible and doesn’t require re-programming if you change some ADP options.
What
kind of training and consulting services do you offer?
We offer multiple flavors of
training: we conduct classes in our Dallas office or we’ll go onsite for customized training. We can also provide e-training and
general consulting assistance via the internet.
Consulting services and
modifications are available directly from BMH.
We can provide conversion assistance if you desire and
source code is available (in case the IT department asks).
What if
my budget won’t allow for a capital expenditure right now?
We understand, and that’s why we
offer a “rent-to-own” plan. You can simply pay a monthly rental fee, and we’ll apply a portion of your rentals towards a paid
license – or just continue paying monthly if you choose. In today’s economy, it might be easier to get a
monthly expense past the “bean-counters” than a capital asset.
