Benefit Application

Menu Access: H/R Maintenance

This program will use the Benefit criteria defined in Benefits Maintenance and apply them to employees that meet the criteria that you defined. You may run this program as often as necessary, it will analyse the employees and will apply the benefit to only those employees who meet the criteria at the time of run. Benefits are applied by creating Fixed Deductions using the EBD numbers and/or formulas from the Benefit screens. This feature allows you to selectively apply benefits to only those employees who qualify.
